Transportation

The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is located 13 miles from the hotel.  Uber or Lyft fares from the airport are typically around $35.00 with an average travel time of 20 minutes.

Fares and travel time vary depending on the time of day/week and traffic conditions.

The hotel does not provide transportation to and from the airport.

 

Parking

A discounted self- parking rate has been arranged at $20.00 per day (currently $40.00 per day) valid from April 7 to 11, 2026.

Enjoy convenient self-parking on site at the hotel. Please note: Parking is limited and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld® has electric vehicle charging stations (subject to availability).

The hotel offers valet parking for $54.00 overnight.

ICMA does not provide complimentary parking.

Important Information About Registration

There will not be a Digital Program or On-Demand Content for the 2026 ICMA Local Government Reimagined Conferences.

Cancellations must be received in writing by posted deadlines and will not be accepted after this time.  All cancellations will have a $50 processing fee deducted from their refund, if applicable.  You can alternatively choose to substitute someone else from your organization. There is no processing fee for a substitution, and you will either be charged or refunded the difference between the two registration fees.

Cancellation Deadline: Wednesday, March 11, 2026 – 3am ET

ICMA will process registration substitutions free of charge until the Friday before each Local Government Reimagined Conference starts. Any difference in registration fees will either be charged or refunded.
