For more than a century, ICMA has been the leading voice on the public administration of local government
Through seismic societal shifts, technological advancements, and changing political tides, ICMA has proven to be a stabilizing force advocating for effective, efficient, and equitable management in local government. Today, the growing complexities faced at the local level require ingenuity and leadership. And so, ICMA is calling upon all professional public administrators to join us as we reimagine local government to better serve our communities.
ICMA will host a series of events in 2023 to help public administrators innovate and adapt their leadership practices, management strategies, and operations in the name of more resilient and equitable outcomes for their work and their communities. Collectively called the Local Government Reimagined Conferences (formerly the ICMA Regional Conferences), each event will have a unique theme and focus.
