Important Information About Registration

There will not be a Digital Program or On-Demand Content for the 2026 ICMA Local Government Reimagined Conferences.

To register as an ICMA member, your ICMA membership status must be current. If you would like to verify your status, call ICMA Member Benefits & Services toll free at 800-745-8780 or 202-962-3680; or email customerservices@icma.org.

Note: ICMA membership is for individuals only. If you are not currently a member, use the nonmember category fees.

Cancellations must be received in writing by posted deadlines and will not be accepted after this time.  All cancellations will have a $50 processing fee deducted from their refund, if applicable.  You can alternatively choose to substitute someone else from your organization. There is no processing fee for a substitution, and you will either be charged or refunded the difference between the two registration fees.

Cancellation Deadline: Wednesday, April 15, 2026 –  3am ET

ICMA will process registration substitutions free of charge until the Friday before each Local Government Reimagined Conference starts. Any difference in registration fees will either be charged or refunded.

Substitution Registration Deadline: Friday, May 8, 2026 – 3am ET
