Group Registration
Supercharge your team’s potential and register you and your colleagues together for discounts off your registration fees.
Register yourself and at least 1 of your colleagues together for a 20% (Early Bird) or 10% (Regular Rate) discount off your registration fees. All registrations must be submitted together to take advantage of this discount. A team can be comprised of ICMA members and nonmembers.
If you are registering a group, all registrants in the group do not need to have an icma.org account or be ICMA Members. The group registration process will allow you to register members of your team who do not have accounts on icma.org.

Important Information About Registration

Cancellations must be received in writing by posted deadlines. Cancellations will not be accepted after this time. All in-person cancellations will have a $35 processing fee deducted from their refund, if applicable. You can alternatively choose to substitute someone else from your organization. There is no processing fee for a substitution, and you will either be charged or refunded the difference between the two registration fees.

ICMA will process registration substitutions free of charge until the Friday before each Local Government Reimagined Conference starts. Any difference in registration fees will either be charged or refunded.
